1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and agree that you are responsible for the agreement with any applicable local laws. If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing this site.
2. Studio Policies
- Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled class.
- Late arrivals may not be admitted to ensure the peaceful environment of the class.
- Please turn off or silence all mobile devices before entering the studio space.
- Inform your instructor of any injuries or medical conditions prior to the start of class.
3. Booking and Cancellations
Class bookings can be made through our website. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the class start time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of your class pass or a cancellation fee.
4. Class Passes and Memberships
All class passes and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Expiration dates apply to all passes and cannot be extended unless under exceptional medical circumstances with a doctor's certificate.
5. Liability Waiver
By participating in classes, you acknowledge that yoga includes physical movements and you agree to take full responsibility for your own physical limitations. Whanganui Yoga Centre and its instructors shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to property or person.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
